FAQ

What you might want to know about SPP credential rental and SP-API access

What is SPP credential rental?

SPP (Selling Partner Platform) is Amazon’s developer platform for selling partners. Calling SP-API requires developer credentials approved by Amazon. Credential rental means guguzone provides approved, compliant developer credentials so your team can skip the application and review cycle and connect to SP-API directly through the standard LWA authorization flow.

Can I call SP-API compliantly without my own developer account?

Yes. guguzone uses the standard LWA (Login with Amazon) authorization flow — the authorization path is clear and controllable and aligns with Amazon developer policy. The seller authorizes their own store, so data access stays compliant end to end.

How does a dedicated static egress IP prevent association?

Each SPP credential gets its own dedicated static egress IP, physically isolated, with no IP sharing across accounts. Shared IPs are a common trigger for Amazon multi-account association, so a dedicated IP lowers that risk at the source.

How is it priced? Any minimum?

Subscription billing — unlimited API calls while active. $20 / month, or $192 / year (paid once upfront for the year, ~20% off). No minimum, and no extra per-call charges. Prices shown are for the non-PII tier; a PII-enabled tier is coming soon.

How long does onboarding take, and who is it for?

It suits teams that already have engineering capability and want to connect to SP-API fast — including ERP / tool providers, agencies / managed-service firms, and in-house dev teams. Renting compliant credentials skips the developer-account application and review cycle; once authorization is complete you can start calling.
